Soil : Plots located on clayey-calcareous or silty slopes.
Grapes : 100% Merlot.
Harvest and Vinification : Grapes harvested from early September to mid-September during the night. 100% pneumatic pressuring. First juice selection only. Vinification at low and controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes : Its intense pink robe has cherry reflections. Its aromatic palette associates red small fruits and mineral notes. Voluptuous palate, you will like it for its balance between freshness and sweetness. A pleasant wine to drink in all occasion.
Sommelier Advices : Best served between 8°C and 10°C, with assorted cooked meats or a Provencal salad.
