Grande Toque Luberon Rosé 75 cl de la Marrenon – Vin premiat – Importul nostru exclusiv pentru piata din Romania!

Soil : Chalky clay in cold area of the Luberon Mountain. Vineyard between 300 and 400m high.

Grapes : Syrah 80%, Grenache noir 20%

Harvest and Vinification : Night harvest from mid-September to mid-October. Juice extraction by static draining or pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation between 13°C and 16°C. Maturing on fine lees.

Tasting notes : Fair pink robe with salmon reflects. The flattering and very aromatic nose is composed of small red fruits and citrus fruits (grapefruit). A beautiful balance marked by intensity. A long and fresh final.

Sommelier advices : To be served fresh between 8°C and 10°C. This rosé will highlight your aperitifs and meals with white meat and roasted fish.
