- Nose: Very intensely aromatic, powerful, combining toasty French oak notes with very ripe red berry fruit.
- Taste: Dense and impressive with very smooth, elegant tannins. A long, lingering finish with hints of jammy red fruit coming through together with toffee and with balanced acidity.
- Great match with confit of duck, red meat dishes and game.
