A delicate salmon pink shimmers in the glass.
Nose: The stimulating scent shows fruity burgundy notes and a finesse aromatic.
On the palate: this rosé tastes very fresh, lively and with exceptional fruit acidity.
The grape harvest took place at the end of September until the end of October. In order to achieve the fine fruit of the wine, an intensive negative selection of unsuitable grapes was carried out.
In the press house of the winery, the grapes were then gently pressed. The fermentation took place exclusively in cooled stainless steel tanks, which in turn promoted the freshness and fruitiness of the wine.
