AGING: Young wine.
BOTTLE TYPE: Bordelaise Nova moss color, 75 cl.
VARIETIES: Viura, Chardonnay, Moscatel.
VINIFICATION: Each variety is harvested separately in the early hours of the morning so that the grapes arrive as fresh as possible. After a short maceration, the free-run juice is obtained by bleeding and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16ºC.
TASTING NOTES: Bright, light lemon yellow color. Fresh, floral aromas, intense tropical fruits. Fresh entry, balanced acidity, highlighting the fruity flavors.
