Nas: Intense aromas of ripe black fruits, with notes of cherry liqueur, cassis and a soft toasted background
Palat: Pleasant and smooth mouthfeel, with hints of black fruit and sweet spicy notes
Final: Well-balanced and long finish.
Barrique: 5 months in French (50%) and American (50%) oak barrels.
Perfect match cu: It goes well with roasted red meats, lamb and grilled vegetables. Delicious with Iberian-pork cold meats, cheese platters, veggie tacos or noodles.
