Harvest and Vinification : Grapes night-harvested between mid-September and late September. Cold maceration before fermentation for 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (18°C-22°C). Free – run juice selected only.
Tasting Notes : Steady ruby robe. Vivid Nose of fruits (cherries) and spices. The mouth is forward, frank, on blackcurrant and soft spices with a luscious body.
Sommelier Advices : Best served between 16°C and 18°C. You will enjoy it for aperitif, a strong cheese or a Mediterranean cook. To be drunk within 3 years.
