Since the 1860s, Pinot Grigio has been one of the most important grapes of the Friuli region.

Nose: Floral notes mix with rich fruit aromas of apricot and peach; slight chalkiness.

Perfect match: Very versatile; simple fish dishes, past with simple fish or vegetable sauces.
