Pinot Bianco is a genetic variation Pinot Noir.
It is called the “enfant terrible” because he suffers (more than other varieties) climate instability. At Angoris, we place special emphasis on this unknown grape varietal.

Colour: Golden

Nose: Floral notes mix with rich fruit aromas

Palat: Soft; medium bodied; mineral. Melon flavors.

Perfect match: Very versatile; simple fish dishes, past with simple fish or vegetable sauces.

Serving temperature: 8 – 9° C.
